Authorized accounts and access

Use the service only with authorization for the relevant workspace and projects. Supply accurate account information, use your own authorized sign-in identity, protect your sign-in accounts, and report suspected misuse. Administrators control workspace and project access; authentication alone does not entitle someone to access private records or obtain a particular role.

Access may be limited by role, project membership, and separately granted features. Do not share credentials, impersonate another person, evade access controls, or continue accessing information after your authorization ends.

Appropriate use

Use the service lawfully and only for authorized collaboration. Do not upload malware, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, disclose confidential information without authority, or submit content that infringes others’ rights. Submit student, health, or other sensitive information only with appropriate authority and safeguards.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You authorize the service operator and its service providers to host, store, process, transmit, display, and make necessary operational copies of that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service and preserve authorized shared records. This is not a transfer of ownership or a general right to use your content for promotion.

You are responsible for having the rights and authority to submit content and share it with the intended participants. Other participants may act on, download, or retain content within their authorization and applicable agreements. Do not assume that deleting a message withdraws every copy already received by others.

Project records and authority

A review, approval, vote, comment, or recorded decision in the application does not by itself grant contractual, procurement, or spending authority. It does not replace signed agreements, professional responsibilities, required notices, or an organization’s approval procedures. Confirm that the person making a decision has the necessary authority and follow the governing project agreements.

Check important records for accuracy and maintain appropriate copies through authorized means. Do not use the service as the sole channel for emergency communications, safety-critical instructions, or time-sensitive notices that require another agreed method of delivery.

Connected AI and other external services

Connected AI is optional and requires separately granted access and authorization. Use only approved external clients and share only information you are authorized to disclose. External services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and settings.

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. A qualified person must review outputs and proposed actions before relying on them. AI does not replace professional judgment, required approvals, or project authority. Revoking access does not necessarily remove information already supplied to an external provider.

Availability and changes

The service may be interrupted, changed, or limited for maintenance, security, provider failures, or other operational reasons. Continuous availability, error-free records, or guaranteed notification delivery is not promised. Authentication and ordinary application notifications have separate delivery arrangements.

Maintain appropriate records and alternative communication methods for important work. Report errors and security concerns promptly. These statements do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

Suspension, termination, and retained records

Authorized administrators or the service operator may restrict or end access when authorization ends, to protect the service or participants, to address misuse, or to meet legal requirements. Any action must remain subject to applicable law and governing agreements.

Ending access does not automatically erase shared project records, audit history, recovery copies, or information that must be retained for operational, security, or legal reasons. Questions about personal information or retained records can be directed to the contact below. Separate project agreements and applicable statutory rights remain in effect.

The current sign-in interface does not include a terms-acceptance checkbox or recorded click-through agreement. Displaying these links does not represent that such acceptance has been recorded.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. Mandatory statutory rights are preserved.
